My Clients include athletes, high level professionals, cancer survivors, and those simply looking to improve their lives.
Joseph Pilates was the visionary who gifted us with his “Contrology” method, based on the mind, body and breath connection. I was lucky to have stumbled upon this practice, reaping the benefits through rehabilitating my own shoulder issues, and I consider it a privilege to help others in pursuing their freedom of movement.
