Studio Policy
Safety: Please tell your Trainer about any injuries or restrictions, ask questions before your workout, err on the side of caution and always listen to your body. Hydration and energy sustenance is important, please allow ample time to digest any meals prior to your Session or Class. If feeling unwell, rest is best.
By Appointment Only: We do not accept any walk-ins. Booking an appointment for a Session or Class is required in advance. All liability forms and payments must be completed and processed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Scheduled Clients Only: For the privacy of our Clients, only scheduled clients are allowed in the studio, no guests. If you have children, we kindly ask that you make child care arrangements in advance.
Cancellation Policy: We enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Sessions and Classes. If you fail to cancel before the 24 hour mark you will be charged for that session or class as if attended. All purchases are final sale, no refunds, transfers or roll overs.
We understand schedules fluctuate, and kindly ask that you err on the side of caution and cancel early to reschedule for another date and time. Late cancellation is considered less than 24 hours notice. Any late cancels or no-shows will be charged the normal session cost as if attended.
No Minors: Anyone 18 and above are welcome at the Studio to workout.
Prenatal & Postnatal Policy: Customized Private Sessions are available to accommodate the variable needs through your journey. Your physician’s approval is required to partake in Private Sessions.
Grip Socks & Attire: Grip socks are required, if you don’t have any you can purchase them at the Studio. Please wear comfortably fitted workout clothes, no jeans, no shoes, no metal zip or studded clothes scraping on the reformers. Tying hair back is safer for workout, avoid large clips at back of head.
Advanced Small Group Classes: Exclusively for Private Clients of the Studio.
Any prospective New Client interested in the Advanced Class, is required to first book 1 Private Trial Session with our Trainer to introduce you to her training style, and allow her to assess your level of movement and teach you how to use the equipment to ensure your seamless participation in class. No exceptions.
Due to the intensity level of these Advanced Classes, Beginners or anyone with injuries or restrictions will be directed toward Private Sessions only. No exceptions.
Class Grace Period: We have a 5 minute grace period for the Advanced Group Classes. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start time, you will not be able to join.
We take your safety seriously, late arrivals miss out on important information, warm ups, intro exercises, and disrupt the rest of the class. Please arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointments to allow for check-in, bathroom break, grip sock prep and getting a reformer.
Smart Phone/Watch/Buds: No cell phone use, no smart watch use, no ear buds use during a Session or Class. If you’re expecting an important call, please tell your Trainer and excuse yourself.
Filming & Photography: Session and Class workouts are considered a product of The Pilates Kid Studio and cannot be filmed or recorded. Filming yourself during a Session or Class is not permitted, to ensure for your safety during a workout, and to protect the privacy of other people in the room. If photographing yourself in the Studio, please respect other people’s privacy, by not including them in your picture.
Space & Hygiene: As a communal space, we aim to be “scent-neutral” and sanitary for everyone’s comfort, encouraging regular showering and avoiding heavily scented sprays or lotions. We also require wiping down of the equipment and props with the spray bottle and towel provided, and resetting and returning the equipment and props after use.
No Pets: As much as we love our pets, we cannot allow them inside the studio for safety and hygiene reasons, to ensure a clean and comfortable space for all Clients. If you have pets, we kindly ask that you make pet care arrangements in advance.
No Food or Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed in the studio, except water bottles. (Please bring your water bottle.)
Bikes or Scooters: Going green is great, but we cannot allow bikes or scooters inside the studio, so please bring a lock to secure them outside.
All Sales are Final: All sales on sessions, classes, gift cards and merchandise are final and non refundable. Session and Class packs are valid for 6 months from purchase date, with no roll over, no transfer, no sharing.
Schedule and Prices: Schedules, hours, trainers and prices are subject to change at any time with or without notice.
Cashless: We are a cashless studio and do not keep cash on hand. We accept credit and debit cards.

How long are sessions and classes?
Private Sessions and Classes are 50 mins.
Private Trial Sessions are 30 mins.
How should I prepare for my first time at the studio?
First kindly review the Studio Policy and FAQ page for important information.
Map out where we are located to explore your parking options and calculate how much time is needed from your door to ours, taking into consideration the driving time, parking time, and arriving 5 mins early to account for checking in, bathroom break, putting grip socks on, and getting a reformer.
What if I’m new to the studio and want to take classes? (coming soon)
We are a small boutique studio specializing in private training, and offer advanced level small group classes for our Private Clients. Depending on your injury and where you are in your recovery, you can work with your Trainer to customize your Private Sessions accordingly.

Your Session and Class packages are valid for 6 months. (No roll over, no transfer, no sharing, no refunds.)
